A Multi-Agent Organization in which Membership and Designation must be Earned

Every member in the Montgomery Luxury Home Connection must have earned, or be on the way to earning, the certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation.

Here is a breakdown of what those designations mean and the qualifications it takes to get there.

  • Those who have completed the Institute for luxury home marketing training. Members actively seek out the latest information in marketing strategies, stay on top of changing marketing conditions, and know how to handle the special needs of an elite clientele and their expectational properties.

  • Those that have closed three separate residential transactions within ANY 24-month period that are at or above the Luxury Threshold in each transaction’s Market area.

  • Luxury real estate professionals are eligible to apply for GUILD™ recognition after earning the CLHMS™ designation, and closing two transactions in the million-dollar and above residential market.
